These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all contracts concluded between

Deviating conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) The Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract by submitting the order.
(3) The Seller confirms receipt of the order by an automatic email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contractual offer.

The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded. We provide you with a detailed preview of your portrait before purchase so you can review the result before ordering.
(1) All prices shown are final prices and include statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are added as indicated.

(4) Otherwise, the Seller is only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation. Liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(3) Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, a valid provision is deemed agreed that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
